Over the last few months, the Quilting and Craft Group decided on a “joint venture”. We would make a wall hanging for the Church in the form of a Nativity Scene. We all had an input into the making of the wall hanging.
Elaine found a Nativity photograph, from this we each took a section to make. May had the roof and sides of the manger, Margaret made her copy of the Baby Jesus. Liz and Alison cut out Mary and Joseph.
When it was laid out, it was then pinned together, and Elaine stitched it up using her special sewing machine.
